CRS began as a small, cardiac-focused abstraction firm in rural Minnesota. Today, we are a clinician-led national organization supporting hospitals across the U.S. and Canada with multi-specialty registry services.

Angie Teagle, RN

President

Angie joined CRS in 2020 with over 10 years of registry abstraction experience and a clinical background in pediatric critical care. She’s proficient in STS Congenital, PC4, NSQIP, MBSAQIP, and others, and has mentored abstractors nationwide. Angie partners with providers to identify quality improvement opportunities.

Jay Couse

Chief Operating Officer

Jay has a strong background in health information systems and clinical technology. His work has included designing secure data centers, leading health IT initiatives for the U.S. Army, and building AI-based tools for patient monitoring. At CRS, he ensures scalable, secure, and efficient service delivery.

Tahnee Clausen

HR Business Partner

Tahnee joined CRS in 2019 and oversees hiring, compliance, and team operations. With a degree in Business Management and a focus on HR, she supports smooth day-to-day functions and ensures alignment with employment laws. She brings a people-first approach to everything she does.

Anne Parker

VP Business Development

Anne brings over 25 years of experience in healthcare data solutions and clinical registries. She specializes in client management, refining workflows, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Anne leads a team that aligns data-driven tools with the needs of specialty providers, registries, and hospitals. She is passionate about advancing healthcare quality and building strong, long-term partnerships.
